Abstract :
Abstraction This study aims to determine the relationship between Religiosity and Emotional Focused Coping Ability in housewives. The subjects in this study were the guardians of AS SYAROFAH JOMBANG Kindergarten students totaling 70 people, which were taken randomly so that this study used a purposive random sampling technique. The data collection method uses two scales, namely the Emotional Focused Coping scale and the Religiosity scale which were compiled by researchers and have been tested for empirical validity and reliability. Data analysis was carried out using the product moment correlation method using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) technique program. The results of data analysis show that r_xy = 0.303 with p = 0.005 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant positive relationship between religiosity and emotional focused coping abilities in housewives. The higher the religiosity, the higher the emotional focused of coping ability of housewives, so the research hypothesis is accepted.
