Abstract :
This research aims to discover the correlation between self-esteem and achievement motivation of the Flag-Raising Troop (Paskibra) members of State Vocational High School 3 Jombang (SMKN 3 Jombang). This research involves 38 Flag-Raising Troop members of State Vocational High School 3 Jombang (SMKN 3 Jombang). Data collection technique is done online on Google form using purposive sampling technique. Based on the result of Pearson product-moment test analysis, the obtained correlation coefficient value (rxy) is 0.616 with a significance value of 0.000 (p<0.05). It indicates that there is a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and achievement motivation of the Flag-Raising Troop members of State Vocational High School 3 Jombang (SMKN 3 Jombang) Keywords: achievement motivation, self-esteem, Flag-Raising Troop (Paskibra)
