Abstract :
ABSTRACT The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact against the order of life of the world community, including in Indonesia. Apart from health impacts, pandemics also have an impact economy, thus encouraging the government and companies to make various policies to mitigate these impacts, including: by forming a COVID-19 response task force. Policy by optimizing the budget for the needs of preventing the spread and handling of the health impacts of COVID-19 and optimizing the potential of the local economy to meet community needs in a sustainable manner. In this era of globalization in running the wheels of the organization, the effectiveness of an organization's performance is largely determined by the role of leadership, because leadership is an activity to influence people so that it is directed to achieve organizational goals. The role of leadership in motivating employee performance is one of the most important elements in an organization where the organization is a place for people to gather, work together to achieve certain goals. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The sampling method used in this research is Slovin. Data collection was carried out by interview, questionnaire, and documentation study.
