Abstract :
The objectives to be studied in this study are: analyzing the model and wanting to know the impact of UD Mitra Makmur's Human Resource Management on the Economic Improvement of the Sukorame Lamongan Community. The approach in this study is a qualitative research with descriptive method, the object of research is the management of human resources at UD Mitra Makmur and the economic improvement of the people of Wedoro Village, Sukorame District, Lamongan Regency. The time of the study starts from March to august 2022. With a non-probability sampling technique, judgmental sampling type with data collection techniques are observations, interviews and documentation. The result is that UD. Mitra Makmur in carrying out its operational activities has implemented management functions which include planning, organizing, controlling and supervising and for human resource management related to human resource strategy making, human resource planning, recruitment and selection of human resources, training and human resource development., compensation, performance evaluation, and employee productivity. With the existence of the UD Mitra Makmur rice milling industry, it has a positive impact on the people of Wedoro village, Sukorame sub-district and its surroundings. The role given by the establishment of this industry is to provide jobs, reduce the number of unemployed, increase income and improve the community's economy.
