Abstract :
This study aims to determine the correlation among work-family conflict to household harmony. The hypothesis proposed is that there is correlation among work-family conflict to household harmony. The population of this study is married women who play a dual role of both domestic and public roles. The sample used in this study were 40 married women who played a dual role of both domestic and public roles by using pupposive random sampling technique. The data collection tool that used is the scale of work-family conflict and household harmony. Hypothesis testing is carried out by statistical analysis of product moment correlation. The results of the analysis found that rxy = -0.137 with p = 0.199 (p> 0.05). This shows that there is no correlation amoung work-family conflict to household harmony.
