ABSTRACT Rois Najirohmah, 2022, Impact Analysis of the Transfer of Agricultural Land into Housing in Banjardowo Village, Jombang District, Jombang Regency, Supervisor I: Dr. Hadi Sutrisno, SE., M.Sc., Advisor II: Dr. Muchtar, SE., M.Sc., Development Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics, University of Darul 'Ulum Jombang. This study aims to determine the impact of the conversion of agricultural land into housing seen from the economic condition of the people of Banjardowo Village, Jombang District, Jombang Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 80 people who were divided into three hamlets in Banjardowo Village using a purposive sample (on purpose). Sources of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is mixed methods analysis to analyze the data using mixed methods of rice fields. The results of the analysis of the economic conditions of farmers show that there is a change in their main income and expenditure from the agricultural sector, which has decreased a lot because agricultural land has been freed for the construction of housing so that the supply of rice has decreased, and they have also switched to other professions.
