Abstract :
Road is one of the land transportation infrastructure which has an important role for human life. The increase in traffic volume itself will eventually cause damage to the road, therefore it is necessary to have a road repair plan as well as a road construction plan to support economic activity. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the average number of LHR in the perning - kesamben kulon road section, (2) determine the CBR of the effective plan, (3) determine the thickness of rigid pavement using the Pd-T-14-2003 method, (4) Calculating the cost budget plan needed to get a structural design that suits your needs. The results of this research are (1) the length of the planned road is 1600 m long with a width of 6 meters with a design life of 40 years, (2) The thickness of the concrete pavement (Rigid Pavement) used is 20 cm, using the pavement type "reinforced cement concrete with connection". Shrink joints are installed every 5 m spacing. Dowels are used with a diameter of Ø25 mm, a length of 45 cm and a distance of 30 cm. Tie Bar used threaded steel diameter of Ø16 mm, length 69 cm and distance of 75 cm. (3) The required budget plan is IDR Rp 5.051.203.300,00
