Kata Kunci: konseling kelompok, teknik restrukturisasi kelompok, self-efficacy karir Self-efficacy karir adalah keyakinan individu akan kemampuannya dalam mencapai tugas karir yang mesti dilalui sesuai dengan rentang usia perkembangan karir yang dihadapi dan mampu mencapai tujuannya. Konseling restrukturisasi kognitif adalah untuk membantu konseli mengubah pikiran negatif, mengubah pikiran irasional menjadi positif yang dapat diterapkan pada perilaku sehari-hari. Dalam hal ini tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy karir rendah dari peserta didik agar menjadi lebih baik. Rancangan penelitian yang dipakai dalam paenelitian ini adalah penelitian pre eksperimen design dengan rancangan pre-test post-test one group design, yaitu eksperimen yang dilakukan pada satu kelompok saja tanpa kelompok pembanding, yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed ranks test. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XII TKJ sebanyak 88 siswa dari 3 kelas. Kelompok eksperimen yang digunakan adalah 9 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket skala kecenderungan self-efficacy karir. Angket skala kecenderungan self-efficacy karir uang diajukan peneliti sebanyak 65 butih soal yang diuji validitasnya kepada 100 responden. Dari hasil perhitungan validitas ditentukan dengan kriteria rhitung>rtabel produc moment, maka butir soal yang valid sebanyak 59 soal dengan 0,242>0,195. Hasil perhitungan reliabilitas angket adalah 0,903>0,70, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa angket skala kecenderungan self-efficacy karir dapat digunakan untuk menjaring data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon signed ranks test, diperoleh hasil bahwa kelompok eksperimen mengalami kenaikan self-efficacy karir. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,008, karena harga 0,008 < dari 0,05 maka perhitungan signifikan. Hipotesis yang berbunyi ?Efektivitas Konseling Kelompok Teknik Restrukturisasi Kognitif Untuk Meningkatkan Self-Efficacy Karir Siswa SMK? dapat diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, konseling kelompok teknik restrukturisasi kognitif efektif dalam meningkatkan self-efficacy karir siswa. Cognitive restructuring counseling is to help counselors change negative thoughts, transform irrational thoughts into positive ones that can be applied to daily behaviors. In this case the goal is to improve the low career self-efficacy of the learners in order to be better. The research design used in this study is a pre-experimental design with a pre-test post-test one group design, which is an experiment carried out in one group without a comparison group, which is then analyzed using the wilcoxon signed ranks test. The subjects of the study were 88 students of class XII TKJ from 3 classes. The experimental group used was 9 students. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire on the scale of career self-efficacy tendencies. A questionnaire on the scale of career self-efficacy tendencies was submitted by researchers as many as 65 questions that were tested for validity to 100 respondents. From the results of the calculation of validity determined by the criteria of rhitung>rtabel produced moment, then the valid question items were 59 questions with 0.242>0.195. The results of the calculation of the reliability of the questionnaire are 0.903>0.70, so it is concluded that the questionnaire on the career self-efficacy tendency tendency scale can be used to capture the data needed in this study. Based on the results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test, the results were obtained that the experimental group experienced an increase in career self-efficacy. From the results of the calculation obtained the value of asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.008, since the price of 0.008 < of 0.05 then the calculation is significant.
