Abstract :
Solar panels are components that can be used to convert sunlight energy
into electrical energy using a principle called the photovoltaic effect. Photovoltaic
effect is a phenomenon where the emergence of an electric voltage due to the
connection or contact of two electrodes connected to a solid or liquid system when
getting light energy. So that the sun's rays can be absorbed maximally, the position
of the solar panels must always face the sun. Thus, it is necessary to control so that
the solar panel always faces the sun. Many methods are used to control solar panels
to always face the sun. Starting from the Bat Algorithm (BA), Firefly Algorithm
(FA), and Imperialis Competitive Algorithm (ICA). This paper will describe the
FA-ANFIS method as an optimization of PID control on solar panels.
