Abstract :
The boredom of learning is where the mental condition of the individual when experiencing significant boredom and fatigue resulting in a feeling of sluggishness and not eager to carry out learning activities. Group counseling strategies provide assistance together (groups) that are preventive and personal ability development as problem solving from a counselor to a client, with cognitive restructuring strategies helping students to better understand cognitive distortions (thinking errors) that make students self-criticalizm with negative rating. The research design used in this study was the One Group Design Pretest-Posttest, which was then analyzed using the t-test. These subjects are students of class XI Accounting SMK Nusantara as many as 39 students from 1 class. The sample used is 6 students with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. As for the results of research conducted at SMK Nusantara the implementation of cognitive restructuring strategies in group counseling services can be proven by the results of data analysis using paired sample T-test, the results show that it is proven effective. The results of the paired sample T-test are 7.590 and Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.001 ( Sig. < 0.05) which means that there is a difference between Sig. The difference between pre-test and post-test learning saturation before getting the implementation of cognitive restructuring strategy implementation with an average of 260.67 decreased after getting the application of cognitive restructuring strategy with an average of 227.50.
