MT Dosen pembimbing II : Rukslin, ST. MT Abstrak Energy is an important thing in a life, especially Electrical Energy. Electricity is energy that is needed by humans, the more energy needs, the more we have to look for new alternative sources around that can be used, one of which is waste. Garbage is a major problem for residents in many cities, from the data of Jombang City, which has a population of ± 1.3 million people, producing waste each year increases. Seeing the potential for unused waste, the purpose of this research is to find out the amount of potential waste and find out how much value is produced to become electrical energy. The research was conducted by collecting data from the DLH Jombang City, then processing the waste, the method of processing the waste carried out was the incineration process. And continued with the calculation of the amount of waste. The results are shown in tabular form, the average waste in the city of Jombang is 59,787 tons/day of organic waste. Next there is a calculation for the entire waste component. the result obtained is the amount of power generated by the generator. The conclusion that can be drawn is that in Jombang City can produce a generator output power of 19.686 kW each time it operates and the electrical energy generated from the incineration process per day is 472.464 Kw.
