This study aims to find out 1) the effect of price partially on customer
satisfaction of Crown makeup and decoration services company, 2) the effect of
service quality partially on customer satisfaction of makeup and decoration
services company, 3) the simultaneous effect of price and service quality on
customer satisfaction of makeup and decoration services company. The research
approach used the quantitative positivist method by collecting a sample of 80
respondents from Crown Decoration and Makeup customers. Data analysis used
SPSS 22 software for Windows OS computers.
The results showed: 1) Price has a partial positive effect on customer
satisfaction, 2) Service quality has a partial positive effect on customer satisfaction,
3) Price and service quality have a simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction.
