Rifatud Diyanah, 19010024. Pengaruh Keteladanan Guru dan Tanggung Jawab Siswa terhadap Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat Siswa MTsN 12 Jombang. Universitas Darul Ulum Jombang. Pembimbing: (1) Dr. H. Muhammad Farid, M.Si., (2) Dr. H. Muhtadi, M.H.I. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keteladanan guru terhadap prilaku hidup bersih dan sehat siswa, pengaruh tanggung jawab siswa terhadap perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat siswa, dan keteladanan guru dan tanggung jawab siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap prilaku hidup bersih dan sehat siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian expost-facto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, karena seluruh siswa kelas VII di MTs N 12 Jombang diambil datanya. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Diketahui bahwa koefesien korelasi r = 0,504. Nilai r hitung lebih besar dari rtabel yaitu 0,3061. Dengan demikian korelasi antara variabel X1 dengan Y signifikan. diketahui bahwa Fhitung sebesar 9,546. Harga Ftabeladalah 0,335. Hal ini berarti Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel.Nilai sig 0,004 lebih kecil dari 0,05, yang berarti bahwa persamaan regresi adalah signifikan. diketahui bahwa koefesien korelasi r = 0,603. Nilai r hitung lebih besar dari rtabel 0,3061. Dengan demikian korelasi antara variabel X2 dengan Y sangat signifikan. diketahui bahwa Fhitung sebesar 15,982. Harga Ftabel 3,35. Hal ini berarti Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel. Nilai sig 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05, yang berarti bahwa persamaan regresi signifikan. Sedangkan kontribusi atau sumbangan secara stimultan variabel keteladanan guru dan Tanggung Jawab siswa terhadap prilaku hidup bersih dan sehat adalah 43,8%, sedangkan 56,2% ditentukan oleh variabel lain. Koefesien korelasi r = 0,662. Nilai r hitung lebih besar dari rtabel0,361. Dengan demikian korelasi antara variabel X1 dan X2 dengan Y sangat signifikan. diketahui bahwa Fhitung sebesar 10,506. This research is a quantitative study with an expost-facto research design. This study is a population study, because all seventh grade students at MTs N 12 Jombang are taken. Data collection techniques using tests. Data analysis techniques using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. It is known that the correlation coefficient r = 0.504. The calculated r value is greater than the r table, which is 0.3061. Thus the correlation between variables X1 and Y is significant. It is known that Fcount is 9.546. Ftable price is 0.335. This means that Fcount is greater than Ftable. The sig value of 0.004 is less than 0.05, which means that the regression equation is significant. it is known that the correlation coefficient r = 0.603. The calculated r value is greater than the r table of 0.3061. Thus the correlation between variable X2 and Y is very significant. known that Fcount is 15.982. Ftable price is 3.35. This means that Fcount is greater than Ftable. The sig value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, which means that the regression equation is significant. While the contribution or contribution simultaneously variable exemplary teacher and student responsibility on clean and healthy living behaviour is 43.8%, while 56.2% is determined by other variables.
