ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat terhadap pilihan sekolah, pengaruh bakat terhadap pilihan sekolah, dan pengaruh minat dan bakat secara bersama-sama terhadap pilihan sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian expost-facto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi, karena seluruh siswa kelas IX di MTs N 12 Jombang diambil datanya. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan tes dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Product Moment. Hasil analisis data bahwa hubungan antara odds pilihan sekolah dengan bakat adalah hubungan positif atau searah yang memiliki derajat hubungan sangat tinggi dan pengaruh signifikan hal ini tampak dari koefisien arah 1.029 probabilitas 0,392. Analisis hubungan antara odds pilihan sekolah dengan minat adalah hubungan positif atau searah yang memiliki derajat hubungan sangat tinggi dan pengaruh signifikan hal ini tampak dari koefisien arah 1,015 probabilitas 0,719. analisis hubungan antara odds pilihan sekolah dengan bakat dan minat adalah hubungan negatif atau berlawanan yang memiliki derajat hubungan sangat rendah dan pengaruh signifikan hal ini tampak dari koefisien arah -0,061 probabilitas 0,001.
