Abstract :
This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Village Cash Work-Intensive Program (PKTD) and Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) in post-COVID-19 economic recovery in Kudu District, Jombang Regency. The research method used was qualitative by conducting in-depth interviews with various related parties, such as aid recipients, program administrators and community leaders. Research findings show that the implementation of PKTD still faces obstacles in creating sustainable jobs, while the Village Fund BLT provides significant support for communities affected economically by the pandemic. Wider support for Village Fund BLT recipients, strengthening monitoring and program evaluation are the main recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of the program in supporting economic recovery and community welfare in Kudu District. This research makes an important contribution to understanding the role and implementation of village policies in facing economic challenges after the COVID-19 pandemic at the local level.
