Amelia Dwi Putri. 192354201001.2023. "Analysis of Farm Workers' Income to Meet the Primary and Secondary Needs of Their Families in Kramat Village, Sembilangan District, Bangkalan Regency, Madura". Thesis of the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture. Supervised by Ir. Enis Muazaroh, M.P. Dan Nur Salam S.P., M.Agr. Darul'ulum University Jombang. Indonesia is known as a country rich in natural resources. Apart from that, Indonesia is also known as an agricultural and maritime country. The agricultural sector is a source of life for the majority of the population, especially those who depend on the farming profession, and they usually live in rural areas. (according to Isa Kholili 2019). Social and economic needs are now very difficult to understand, therefore every individual must be fully prepared and need sufficient time to complete them. Regarding family needs, an analysis of the income of Kramat Village farm workers tries to understand the extent to which their income is able to cover primary and secondary basic needs. (1) To find out the income of farm workers to help them meet primary and secondary needs in Kramat Village, Sembilangan District, Bangkalan Regency, Madura; (2) To find out the factors that influence the income of farm workers in meeting the needs of their families in Kramat Village, Sembilangan District, Bangkalan Regency, Madura. This research uses 3 variables, namely the compensation variable as variable (X1), the work environment variable as variable (X2) and the job satisfaction variable as variable (Y). This research uses a survey method using questionnaires as a means of obtaining data and research results. Object In this study, the sample used was non-probability sampling, precisely purposive sampling. The data in this study was taken based on a questionnaire filled out by 150 respondents and taken for data, namely 71 respondents, involving data collection from farm workers who were active and involved in agricultural work in Kramat Village. . Data will be collected using a questionnaire. This research data was analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques and measured using the SPSS20 application.
