Abstract :
THE INFLUENCE OF ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE AND LEADERSHIP STYLE ON TEACHER PERFORMANCE AT SMPN KUDU By: S U G I A T I 202361201016 This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on teacher performance at SMPN Kudu. The influences you want to know are direct and indirect influences. This type of research is quantitative research with a positivist approach. This study used a sample of 50 respondents. Sampling using probability sampling technique. The research data was taken from the results of questionnaires, interviews and observations. The results showed that organizational culture has an influence on teacher performance at SMPN Kudu. Leadership style variables also affect teacher performance at SMPN Kudu. In addition, organizational culture and leadership style together also affect the performance of teachers at SMPN Kudu. Keywords: organizational culture, leadership style, teacher performance
