Abstract :
Infrastructure is one of the strategic issues in the development of a village. In order to
achieve food and economic stability, the agricultural sector is a very important sector
because this sector is the main food provider, especially in developing villages, because
it has a dual role, namely as one of the main targets of development and one of the main
instruments of economic development. Every village always tries to build a solid
infrastructure system. Therefore, it is very rational and natural for a village to make the
village infrastructure strengthening program its main development priority. As a village
that has high potential for the agricultural sector, the reality of agriculture in rural areas
is at least supported by three pillars, namely land control, work relations, and credit.
Apart from that, through village deliberations, together with the Village Consultative
Body and village farmers, a meeting was held regarding the development of village
farmer infrastructure. Based on complaints from each member of the farmer group which
was divided into 3 (three) hamlets in Catakgayam village, almost all members of the
group Farmers complained about inadequate access and infrastructure in the Village
Infrastructure, it was from this complaint that the village government and the village
consultative body along with the Catakgayam village farmer groups held the deliberation,
and in the deliberation the deliberation participants had 100% agreed to the
implementation of the development. infrastructure and facilities for farmers.
