Abstract :
This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of communication and the work environment on the performance of employees at the Jombang Regency Trade and Industry Service. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study was all employees of the Jombang Regency Trade and Industry Department, totaling 78 people using a saturated sample. The data collection technique in this research is by using a questionnaire technique. Data analysis techniques in this research use the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Testing (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this research used the SPSS software program version 24.00. Partially, communication has a significant influence on employee performance. Partially, the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously, communication and the work environment have a significant influence on employee performance at the Jombang Regency Trade and Industry Service.
