Abstract :
This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and trust on customer satisfaction. The analytical method used in conducting this research was a quantitative approach with a sample size of 67 respondents who were customers of DRW Skincare products. In carrying out data collection, this was done by distributing a questionnaire where there were several statement items. To measure the magnitude of the influence on these variables, it is necessary to use the multiple regression analysis method. From the results of this analysis, it is known that variable X, namely product quality, has a significant influence customer satisfaction and variable.
