Abstract :
Civil Engineering, Darul 'Ulum University, Jombang Fulfilling irrigation water needs in the Karangan IV irrigation area in Karangan IV Secondary is very important to support agricultural productivity in that area. Agricultural productivity can also be maximized if the amount of air needed by plants is sufficient and its use is regular. For this reason, the Global Planting Management Plan (RTTG) planning in the Kaarangan IV Irrigation Area aims to determine the need and availability of air in the Karangan IV irrigation area in Karangan Secondary. The methods used are: data collection, hydrological analysis and report preparation. The data that can be taken from this study are land area, planting patterns, rainfall data, discharge data, land area information maps and channel lengths and produce a comparison between water requirements and available discharge. From the recording of Karangan IV Secondary air discharge for 10 years, it was found that the maximum discharge in Karangan IV Secondary was on average = 2454.75lt/sec. From field analysis it was obtained that the amount of irrigation water needed after changes in the Standard Area of land in the Karangan IV Secondary Irrigation Area was obtained. average = 24430.11 lt/sec. So from the analysis of the inflow discharge data, we obtained the reliable discharge available with an acoustic probability of 80% with the largest value being 1674 lt/s and the smallest being 0.00 lt/s = 75.55 lt/s.
