Abstract :
This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional maturity and Fear of Missing Out in students. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a relationship between emotional maturity and Fear of Missing Out in students. The research method used in the study is a quantitative method. The subjects in this study are 91 students aged 18-25 years who study at Darul Ulum University Jombang using purposive sampling. The instruments used in this study are the emotional maturity scale and the Fear of Missing Out scale. This study uses product moments that are used to analyze the data obtained using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) program. The results of the hypothesis test obtained a correlation coefficient of rxy of -0.714 with a significance of 0.000 (p<0.05). This shows that there is a significant negative correlation between emotional maturity and Fear of Missing Out, the higher the emotional maturity, the lower the individual is in experiencing Fear of Missing Out. The hypothesis in this study is accepted.
