Abstract :
Name : Annisa NPM : 202368201009 Tentor : 1. Muhammad Nur Hidayat, S.Pd., M.Sosio 2. Endah Wahyuningsih., S.Sos., M.Sosio Early marriage is a formal or informal marriage that is carried out under the age of 18. In Jombang Regency, accumulated from January to September 2023 alone, there have been 276 cases that have entered religious courts related to Child Marriage. Jombang is called a city of students because there are many Islamic boarding schools in this city. This is what causes Jombang to have a religious culture. The study in this study seeks to explore the sociological dynamics of child marriage actors from the perspective of social exchange theory and enrich sociological scientific studies related to women's social exchange as an impact of child marriage in Jombang Regency. This study uses a qualitative study with the Alfred Schutz Phenomenology approach. The subjects of this study amounted to 10 informants of child marriage perpetrators. The results of the study show that there are three forms of social exchange of child marriage perpetrators, including: 1) Merried Before Accident: Romance of Contemporary Adolescents, 2) Encouragement of Spiritual Needs, 3) Ideology of Marriage Perpetrators.
