ABSTRAK
Sintia Mile, 2019. Analisis Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Ponelo Kepulauan Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Skripsi, Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Pembimbing I dan II: Prof. Dr. H. Abd. Kadim Masaong, M.Pd dan Dr. Besse Marhawati, M.Pd.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, memahami peserta didik, merancang pembelajaran, melaksanakan pembelajaran, memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran, dan mengembangkan peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Ponelo Kepulauan Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenis deskriptif eksplanatori. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompetensi guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Ponelo Kepulauan Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara pada kriteria baik, dimana kemampuan guru mengelola pembelajaran pada kriteria baik. Kemampuan guru memahami peserta didik pada kriteria baik. Kemampuan guru merancang pembelajaran pada kriteria baik. Kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran pada kriteria baik. Kemampuan guru memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran pada kriteria baik. Kemampuan guru mengembangkan peserta didik pada kriteria baik. Saran atas dasar hasil penelitian yaitu Dinas Pendidikan setempat diharapkan agar senantiasa melakukan kegiatan pelatihan secara rutin guna meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru agar penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang dilakukan guru dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Bagi para kepala sekolah yang bertugas di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Ponelo Kepulauan Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara untuk senantiasa meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan dan pembelajaran melalui kegiatan peningkatan kompetensi guru. Bagi para guru diharapkan agar senantiasa mengerti dan memahami arti penting kompetensi guru, selalu mengembangkan kemampuan diri, dan memiliki rasa tanggung jawab yang besar terhadap tugas-tugas dalam setiap kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah.

This study aims to determine the ability of teachers to manage learning, understand students, design learning, carry out learning, utilize learning technology, and develop students in Primary Schools in the District of Ponelo Islands, North Gorontalo District. This research uses a descriptive quantitative type of explanatory approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that the competence of elementary school teachers in the District of Ponelo Kepulauan Gorontalo Utara Regency is in good criteria, where the teacher's ability to manage learning is in good criteria. The ability of teachers to understand students on good criteria. The ability of teachers to design learning on good criteria. The ability of teachers to carry out learning on good criteria. The ability of teachers to use learning technology on good criteria. The ability of teachers to develop students on good criteria. Suggestions based on the results of the study are that the local Education Office is expected to always conduct routine training activities to improve teacher pedagogical competence so that the implementation of education conducted by teachers can be carried out properly. For school principals who work in the Elementary School in the District of Ponelo Kepulauan, North Gorontalo Regency to continuously improve the quality of education and learning services through activities to improve teacher competency. Teachers are expected to always understand and understand the importance of teacher competence, always develop their abilities, and have a great sense of responsibility for tasks in every learning activity in school.
