Abstract :
ABSTRAK Yuningsi N. Rauf. 2017. Penerapan model pembelajaran STAD untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Telaga Biru pada materi sistem periodik unsur. Skripsi, Jurusan Kimia Program Studi Pendidikan Kimia Strata-1 (S1) Fakultas Matematika dan IPA Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Dosen Pembimbing I Dr. Opir Rumape, M.Si dan Pembimbing II Deasy N. Botutihe, S.Pd, M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X5 di SMA Negeri 1 Telaga Biru melalui penerapan model pembelajaran STAD pada materi sistem periodik unsur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, tahap tindakan, tahap observasi, dan tahap refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X5 SMA Negeri 1 Telaga Biru semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2015/2016 dengan jumlah siswa 23 orang yang terdiri dari 8 orang siswa laki-laki dan 15 orang siswa perempuan. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan siswa yang diperoleh melalui lembar observasi dan tes. Tes yang digunakan adalah tes dalam bentuk pilihan ganda beralasan, dengan jumlah soal sebanyak 10 nomor. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 34,78 % meningkat menjadi 82,60 % pada siklus II. Dan daya serap klasikal siswa yang dicapai pada siklus I adalah 67,82 % meningkat menjadi 80,43 % pada siklus II. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran STAD pada materi larutan penyangga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X5 SMA Negeri 1 Telaga Biru. The subjects were students of class X 5 SMA Negeri 1 Telaga Biru semester of the 2015/2016 academic year the number of students 23 people consisting of 8 male students and 15 female students. Source of data derived from the teachers and students who obtained through observation sheets and tests. The test used is a test in the form of multiple choice grounded, with the amount of matter as much as 10 numbers. The analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Results showed student learning outcomes in the first cycle of 34.78% increase to 82.60% in the second cycle. And absorption of classical students who achieved the first cycle was 67.82% increase to 80.43% in the second cycle. It can be concluded that the application of the learning model STAD on material buffer solution can improve student learning outcomes Class X SMAN 5 1 Telaga Biru.
