Abstract :
INTISARI Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui efisiensi pengering ikan bersirkulasi alami berbahan bakar tempurung kelapa.Efisiensi yang ingin di ketahui adalah efisiensi kalor terutama dalam ruang pengering, yang di dapatkan dengan cara membandingkan total kalor yang di gunakan oleh produk terhadap kalor yang di terima uap pengering.Dari hasil pengolahan data di dapatkan efisiensi dalam ruang pengering sebesar 15,6 %. Kata kunci : Pengering Ikan,Kalor, Efisiensi. ABSTRACT This study was conducted to determine the efficiency of naturally circulating fish dryer shell fired kelapa.Efisiensi want to know is the heat efficiency, especially in the drying chamber, which get by comparing the total heat that is used by the product to receive steam heat in pengering.Dari get the results of data processing in the drying chamber efficiency of 15.6%. Keywords: Fish Dryer, Heat, Efficiency.
