Abstract :
The results showed that the analysis of the rule of law in the construction of a multi-year contract between the Provincial Government of Bengkulu with tender holder is PT. Rissandi Senaputra normatively based on the book of the provisions of Article 1313 of the Civil Law Act (Civil Code), which is "A treaty is an act by which one or more persons bind themselves to one or more persons". The work carried out by PT. Rissandi Senaputra, as the winner of the public auction provided by the Department of Human Settlement Sector Public Works Bengkulu province, has met through the signing of an agreement that no employment agreement chartering Number: 01/Kon/Tower-TBT/APBD/2009 dated July 27, 2009, the entire the provisions in the document attachment in an entity and an integral part of the treaty, a result that is binding on both parties signed the agreement that is the field of Human Settlements Department of Public Works and PT Bengkulu province.
