(syzygium polyanthum) Pandan Leaf (pandanus amaryllifolius) and Cloves
(syzygium aromaticum). Supervised by Intan Kusumaningrum and Noli
Novidahlia.
This research was aimed to study the difference in the formulation combination
herbal tea products bay leaf, pandan leaf and cloves to test water content, ash
content, crude fiber, polyphenols and organoleptic tests and knowing amount of
antioxidants in selected products. This research used Completely Randomized
Design (CRD) one factor with three treatment (bay leaf: pandanus leaf: cloves),
that is (70%: 15%: 15%), (80%: 10: 10%) and (90%: 5 %: 5%). Data analysis
was here used was ANOVA and Duncan. The products have beeb analyzed
includes test, water content, ash content, crude fiber polyphenols to determine the
selected product. Analysis of selected tea leaves combination of bay leaves,
pandanus leaves and cloves is an antioxidant test and an organoleptic hedonic
rating test. Tea combination of bay leaf, pandan leaf and selected the best
treatment of (bay leaf 80%, pandan leaf 10%, cloves 10%) this water content is
8,35%, ash content 6,00%, crude fiber 7,89%, polyphenols 3,11% and %IC 26,31
% antioxidants.
