THE EFFECT OF BUSINESS MOTIVATION, ABILITY, AND CREATIVITY
ON UMKM PERFORMANCE
(The Case of Convection and Doll UMKM)
ABSTRAK
The performance of UMKM is a very important part to achieve the goals of a
business. Given the large influence of business motivation, ability, and creativity
on the performance of UMKM, it is proper for business actors to pay attention to
their business motivation, abilities, and creativity to run their business, so that
UMKM performance increases and as an effort to achieve goals. This study aims
to determine the effect of business motivation, ability, and creativity on the
performance of UMKM. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The total sample of all convection and doll UMKM business actors is 41 people.
The results showed that simultaneously and partially the variables of business
motivation, ability, and creativity had a positive and significant effect on the
performance of convection UMKM and dolls Kec. Caringin Bogor Regency.
