ABSTRACT
One of the most important financial decisions made by managers is to determine
the company's cash holding rate. Saving cash in a little amount or too much money
will have an effect on the company, so managers need to pay attention to the factors
that affect the company's cash holding . The purpose of this research was to
determine the effect of growth opportunity, cash conversion cycle, and net working
capital on cash holding at PT Kusuma Sejati Intiprima in 2013-2020. This study
took samples based on non-probability sampling method with saturated sampling
technique with a total of 96 data for 8 years. The analytical technique used in this
research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate
that all independent variables simultaneously affect cash holding. The partial test
shows that the cash conversion cycle has a negative and significant effect on cash
holding, while net working capital has a positive and significant effect on cash
holding. Meanwhile, growth opportunity has no effect on cash holding.
