Abstract :
The increasingly competitive competition currently demands Hay Day Street Food in Nganjuk to be able to increase consumer satisfaction. In an effort to increase consumer satisfaction, including the influence of price, product quality, and quality of service provided by Hay Day Street Food to consumers, it is a supporting factor that can increase consumer satisfaction in providing prices that are in accordance with high quality products and services to consumers. Thus, Hay Day Street Food can compete with other similar businesses. This research uses accidental sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents, the number was taken from Hay Day Street Food consumers in Nganjuk. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis in this research used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that 1) Price has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, 2) Product Quality has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, 3) Service Quality has a positive but not significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, 4) Price, Product Quality and Service Quality are simultaneous or jointly have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction at v. Day Street Food in Nganjuk. Keywords : price, product quality, service quality, and consumer satisfaction
