Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance on customer loyalty of Bank Syariah Indonesia Kc Kediri Trade Center. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population used is the customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia Kc Kediri Trade Center with a sample of 100 respondents with sampling using probability sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this study uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The data management uses SPSS 25 software. The results of this study state that the principles of Good corporate governance of Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independence, and Fairness partially have an effect and some do not affect customer loyalty. The principle that influences is the principle of Transparency. Responsibility and Fairnes while the ones that have no effect are Accountability and Independence. Simultaneously the principles of good corporate governance affect customer loyalty and it is found that 47.8% of customer loyalty is influenced by good corporate governance..
