Abstract :
Pamuji (NIM) 18220022), Implementation of Regulation of the Head of BPS No.11 of 2011 concerning Integrated Statistical Services at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Nganjuk Regency, Advisor I: Dr. IGG Heru Marwanto, MM., Advisor II: Dr. Teguh Pramono, M.Si The Integrated Statistical Service is an innovation by BPS in providing services to the public using statistical data that is easily accessible, quick, and cheap. In providing services to data users, BPS Nganjuk Regency always improves standard service facilities as stated in the head of BPS regulation No. 21 of 2011. This research was conducted using qualitative methods to see how far the implementation of the Integrated Statistical Service was carried out. Interviews were conducted on 5 resource persons or informants, namely the person responsible for PST and the visitor community who used the service. To determine the extent of its implementation, the indicators studied are communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The results showed that the implementation of Perka BPS No.21 of 2011 concerning Integrated Statistical Services at BPS-Statistics of Nganjuk Regency has been going well in terms of disposition and organizational structure, while for communication and resources it is quite good to support the integration of services into one door. Constraint factors encountered in the implementation of integrated statistical services, among others: the lack of employees who specifically handle PST, the convenience of the service room, and the public's ignorance of the data produced by BPS.
