Abstract :
The main problem in this research is Public Service at the Dispendukcapil of Nganjuk Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. This of course will greatly affect the achievement of organizational goals. Dispendukcapil must adapt to the new normal order. Where Dispendukcapil must provide the best service while still complying with existing health protocols. The research method used is descriptive with the type of approach in this research is qualitative. The qualitative method was chosen with the consideration that this method is expected to obtain real data and be able to examine research problems in depth so that the expected results can be obtained. Based on the results of the research that public services during the Covid-19 pandemic have empirically contributed to determining organizational goals at the Dispendukcapil Nganjuk Regency. However, in practice in the field, the results of this study prove that public services for population administration in the Dispendukcapil of Nganjuk Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic have not run optimally, so that organizational goals cannot be achieved in accordance with the predetermined plan. Based on the results of the research, the factors of public service during the pandemic have been determined by the Dispendukcapil of Nganjuk Regency. However, operationally these factors have not been fully effective. The population administration services that have been initiated during the pandemic are online services which will later be easily accessed by the public so as to reduce mass accumulation in the office, but several factors that have not been effective in supporting the smooth administration of administrative services are maintenance factors and human resources at the Dispendukcapil.
