Abstract :
Some factors that need to be considered in the planning of road construction include soil structure, traffic conditions, rainfall and drainage network. These things need to be considered because it affects the quality of the road. Guyangan road section - the intersection of four temples is the main road with the condition of the road in the form of pliable pavement structures. The structure is considered less in accordance with the load of passing vehicles. Based on the review, it is necessary to change the structure of pavement to rigid pavement. Rigid pavement is the arrangement of road pavement structures that in the upper layers use cement concrete slabs. In this study aims to plan the thickness of rigid pavement, characteristics of concrete as well as the necessary cost budget. The method used to plan is by using the manual method of pavement design revision 2017. From the calculation results obtained concrete with quality class III with a press force of 28 days of 350 kg / cm2, a thickness of 305 mm concrete slab with a detailed cost of Rp. 12,746,095,600.00 (Twelve billion seven hundred and forty-six million ninety five thousand six hundred rupiah).
