Abstract :
This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Workload and Work Environtment on employee turnover intention at PT. Kharisma Baru Indonesia Nganjuk. In this study, the population is employees at PT. Kharisma Baru Indonesia Nganjuk. Sampling is based on the Slovin formula approach which is n = N / 1 + Ne2 and the results obtained are 87 respondents who were sampled. The sampling method uses Probability Sampling with the Simple Random Sampling approach, which is a method of withdrawal from a population in a certain way so that each member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected or taken. Taking members of the sample from the population is done randomly regardless of the strata that exist in that population Based on the results of the study found the regression equation as follows: Y = 0,344+ 0,158X1 + 0,258X2+ e Based on the analysis of statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. On testing The most influential variable is the work environtment variable with regression coefficient of 0.258, the variable while the workload is obtained by the regression coefficient of 0.158.
