Abstract :
Carefour Transmart in Surabaya. The obstacle that occurs is that the company needs to choose one of the machines to be implemented with financial indicators. Feasibility study as a strategic step with the purpose of research on the selection of alternative replacement compresor engines with two comparisons of Compressor engines based on the highest NPV difference. The study used alternative bitzer Compressor engines and copland Compressor engines with fixed cost, investment and variable cost parameters. Data processing by calculating the depreciation value, forecasting capacity of each machine in the period 1 to 5 years with the highest difference from NPV minus investment costs. The results of this study stated that both machines have the highest NPV value, namely selected bitzer Compressor engines with an NPV value of Rp. 389,483,706, investment costs of Rp. 11,470,000 with a difference of Rp. 389,483,706.
