Abstract :
Raw materials are important materials in the production process, because raw materials are one of the factors that determine one aspect that determines whether or not the quality of the resulting product is good. The production process is also a very important aspect of the supply of a product, because this is where it is also a determining factor for the quality of the products produced by a company. Product quality is a process in the assessment of a product or service that will be felt directly from the customer. This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of raw materials and production processes on product quality. This study used a sample of 50 people. This research is descriptive quantitative by using SPSS data processing application. In this study, based on the results of the t test, it shows that the two variables of raw materials (X1) and production processes (X2) together have an effect on product quality. From the results of the f test, it can be seen that the two variables jointly affect the variable (Y). The value of R square is 0.318 which indicates that 31% of the two independent variables have an effect on product quality. Keywords: Shoulder Material, Production Process, Product Quality
