Abstract :
In the process of building a construction project, work delays often occur on the project. So we need an alternative that can be used to support the acceleration of project completion. In this study, we will analyze the acceleration of the duration of the construction project for the Dirty Drainage in Dermo Village, Kediri, with the alternative of adding three hours of work. The total project cost budget in the post-crashing condition with the alternative of adding three hours of work is Rp. 91,883,968,44 or more expensive 3.86% of the total project budget in normal conditions and the duration of project implementation is 22 working days or faster 26.67% of the normal duration. It can be concluded that by implementing a system of adding three hours of work hours is a more effective alternative to crashing, because the duration is faster.
