Abstract :
This study aims to determine the effect of compensastion and work environment on employee performance at PT Sekawan Indonesia Wisata. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method, with the data used, namely primary data, which is data and information obtaines directly or online through questionnarires filled out using google forms to employees of PT Sekawan Indonesia Wisata. The population of this study were employees of PT Sekawan Indonesia Wisata. The sample in this study was 80 respondents using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%. The result of this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the result of t count of 4.298 greater that t table of 1.668 with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05. There is a simultaneous significant effect between the independent variable, namely employee performance with a calculated F value of 50.288 which is greater than t table 3.114 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0,05 or a significant value of less than 0.05.
