ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and job
satisfaction on employee performance at PT Tip Top Swalayan Dept. Tambun Store.
The population in this study are nonstrukcural employees who work at PT Tip Top
Swalayan Dept. Tambun Store. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method.
The data used were obtained from questionnaires and sampling to 92 respondents. for
data analysis using statistical tests and calculations using multiple regression analysis
which is calculated using the Statistic Product and Service Solution (SPSS) 25.0
program.
