Abstract :
The world of work cannot be separated from the problem of work accidents. The increase in the number of work accidents that occur at the Electronic Company (PT.X) is one of the most important things that must be considered by every employee through the K3 Department as the implementer. This study aims to determine the dimensions of PT.X internal organizational communication to minimize work accidents. This research method is descriptive qualitative, namely the data used in the form of words, pictures and not numbers. Data collection techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews, direct observation of subjects in the field and data documentation. The results of the study concluded that the communication dimensions of PT.X safety culture organization in providing information by providing training, making information about K3, messages about safety basics, K3 socialization, and overall this communication went well and was able to alert management in facing potential hazards that arise at work.
