Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the standard time of the production section at CV Catur Mandiri. To find out the inhibiting factors that cause the production process to exceed the standard time set by the production company at CV Catur Mandiri. To find out the productivity of the production workforce at CV Catur Mandiri. In this research, the research method used is descriptive quantitative research method to investigate the circumstances, conditions, or other things that have been mentioned, the results of which are presented in the form of a research report. Data was collected by conducting observations, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the measurement of work standards, calculation of labor requirements based on workload, determining the inhibiting factors of the production process and labor productivity. Based on the data analysis, it was found that: 1. The time needed to produce melamine plywood was 204 minutes with a total workforce of 3 workers. 2. Based on the fishbone analysis, it can be concluded that the factors causing the time delay are humans, machines, materials, machines, and the environment. From the comparison of the need for the number of workers determined by the company and according to the calculations of researchers, the change in labor productivity from 6 workers to 3 workers. In general, it can be concluded that the analysis of time standards in order to increase work productivity by using the Time Study method on CV Catur Mandiri is good.
