Abstract :
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between work discipline and work environment on the work productivity of employees at PT Masaji Tatanan Kontainer Indonesia. The population and sample of this study were all 100 employees of PT Masaji Tatanan Kontainer Indonesia. The method used is descriptive statistics. For data analysis using statistical tests and calculations using multiple correlation analysis which is calculated using the Statistic Product and Service Solution 15.0 program. Based on the results of the answers obtained from the questionnaire through SPSS, the results of the multiple regression equation Y = 33.316 + 0.066 X1 + 0.586 X1 while the results of the F test (simultaneously) obtained that Work Discipline and Work Environment variables have a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity. This result is evidenced by the F test (Anova) obtained F count = 11.643 with sig = 0.000 Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So that Work Discipline and Work Environment have an effect on Employee Work Productivity of 11,643. The results of the t-test (partially) show that Work Discipline (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity as evidenced by the t-test results obtained by tcount 1 of 1.153 with a significance of 0.801 then Ho is rejected and H is accepted. So Work Discipline has an effect on Employee Work Productivity of 1.153. Work Environment (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity as evidenced by the results of the t-test obtained by tcount 1 of 3.850 with a significance of 0.000, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So the work environment affects employee productivity by 3,850. The effect of work discipline and work environment on employee productivity is 19.4%, while the remaining 80.6% is influenced by other factors. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Masaji Tatanan Kontainer Indonesia sebanyak 100 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Untuk analisis data menggunakan uji statistik dan perhitungan menggunakan analisis korelasi berganda yang dihitung menggunakan program Statistic Product and Service Solution 15.0. Berdasarkan hasil jawaban yang didapat dari kuesioner melalui SPSS, diperoleh hasil dari persamaan regresi berganda Y = 33.316 + 0,066 X1 + 0,586 X1 sedangkan hasil uji F (secara simultan) diperoleh variabel Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan uji F (Anova) diperoleh angka F hitung = 11,643 dengan angka sig = 0,000 Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja mempengaruhi Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan sebesar 11,643. Hasil uji t (secara parsial) menunjukkan Disiplin Kerja (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t diperoleh t hitung ?1 adalah 1,153 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,801 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi Disiplin Kerja mempengaruhi Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan sebesar 1,153. Lingkungan Kerja (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji t diperoleh t hitung ?1 adalah 3,850 dengan signifikansi 0,000 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi Lingkungan Kerja mempengaruhi Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan sebesar 3,850. Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan sebesar 19,4%, sedangkan sisanya 80,6% yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain.
