Abstract :
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at the Honda Daya Motor Tambun Dealer. And to find out the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Honda Daya Motor Tambun Dealer. The population of this research is the employees of Honda Daya Motor Tambun Dealer. The sample of this research is 75 respondents. Based on the answers to the questionnaires that have been processed by SPSS, the results of Multiple Regression Y = 30.257 + 0.258 X1 + 0.157 X2 while the results of the F test (simultaneously) show that the motivation and work environment variables have a significant effect on employee performance. This result is evidenced by the results of ANOVA (F test) obtained F count = 8,379 with sig = 0.000 which is smaller than the standard error that has been set at 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment, and Employee Performance. Dan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada Dealer Honda Daya Motor Tambun. Populasi Penelitian ini adalah karyawan Dealer Honda Daya Motor Tambun. Sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 75 responden. Berdasarkan jawaban kuesioner yang telah diolah SPSS diperoleh hasil Regresi Berganda Y = 30,257 + 0,258 X1 + 0,157 X2 sedangkan hasil uji F (secara simultan) diperoleh variabel Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan hasil Anova (uji F) diperoleh angka F hitung = 8.379 dengan angka sig= 0,000 lebih kecil dari standar error yang telah ditetapkan 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kata kunci: Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Prestasi Kerja Karyawan
