Thesis, Faculty of Islamic Religion Islamic Banking Study Program "45" Bekasi Islamic University. Supervisor : Fajri Ryan Isnandar, S.E., M.M. The study of this research aims to provide alternative suggestions regarding the right strategy in marketing subsidized KPR BTN products at Bank BTN Syariah, especially KCPS Kalimas Bekasi. This is due to the low level of income and purchasing power of the people. With the presence of Islamic banks in the midst of competition in the financial institution industry, making Islamic banks an alternative for people who want financing for residential ownership based on the sharia system. The data analysis technique in this study uses IFE and EFE matrix analysis through interviews with Bank BTN Syariah KCPS Kalimas who have an understanding of the research topic and determine decisions for the company. The next stage is The Matching Stage, which is analyzed using the IE (Internal-External) matrix to evaluate the company's strategic position. The results show that Bank BTN Syariah KCPS Kalimas marketing strategy that is right on target in developing the company is in quadrant I with a value of (3.53; 3.34) so it can be explained that the company is in a position to grow and build. Alternative marketing strategies that can be recommended for Bank BTN Syariah KCPS are, Market Penetration (Market Penetration Strategy), Market Development (Market Development Strategy) and Product Development (Product Development Strategy).
