Abstract :
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine employee responses to the influence of Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketshu, Shitsuke in Kaizen Culture on Employee Work Productivity at PT Nusa Indah Jaya Utama. The data used were obtained from the results of a questionnaire and a sample of 45 respondents. In data analysisusing statistical tests and multiple regression analysis calculated using statistical product and service solutions 23 (SPSS 23) program. + -0.026 (X2),0.750 (X3), -0.208 (X4), 0.421 (X5), while the F test results obtained that the 5S variable in kaizen culture has a significant effect on employee work productivity. These results are obtained from the F test and the calculated F value is 6.017 > F table 3.21, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the 5S kaizen culture simultaneously has a significant effect on the work productivity of PT Nusa Indah Jaya Utama employees.While the t-count of Seiton X2) was obtained by -0.106 with a significance level of 0.916. The calculated t value will be compared with the t table value in this study can be seen in the t distribution table with a significance of 0.05and a value of 1.682 is obtained. So it can be concluded that the value of t count is -0.106 < t table 1.682 and a significance of 0.916 > 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The seiso variable t count is2.268 > 1.685 and sig 0.029 <0.05. It can be concluded that the seiso variable has a significant effect on the work productivity of PT Nusa Indah Jaya Utama employees. Seiketsu variable t count -1.261 <1.685 and significance 0.251> 0.05, it can be concluded that the seiketsu variable has no significant effect on the work productivity of PT Nusa Indah Jaya Utama employees. The variable Shitsuke t count 2.105 > 1.685 and sig 0.042 < 0.05. It can be concluded that the variable shitsuke has a significant effect on the work productivity of PT Nusa Indah Jaya Utama employees. Data yang di gunakan diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner dan pengambilan sampel 45 responden. Dalam analisis data menggunakan uji statistik dan analisis regresi berganda yang dihitung dengan menggunakan progam statistical product and service solutions 23 (SPSS 23).Berdasarkan hasil jawaban yang didapat dari kuesioner melalui SPSS, diperoleh hasil dari persamaan regresi berganda Y=8,332 + 0,343 (X1) + -0,026 (X2),0,750 (X3), -0,208 (X4), 0,421 (X5), sedangkan hasil uji F diperoleh variabel 5S dalam budaya kaizen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hasil ini diperoleh dari uji F dan nilai F hitung 6,017 > F tabel 3,21, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya budayakaizen 5S secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan. Variabel seiso t hitung sebesar 2,268 >1,685 dan sig 0,029<0,05 Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel seiso berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Nusa Indah Jaya Utama. Variabel seiketsu t hitung -1,261 <1.685 dan signifikasi 0,251> 0,05 , Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel seiketsu tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Nusa Indah Jaya Utama. Variabel Shitsuke t hitung 2,105 >1,685 dan sig 0,042 < 0,05 Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel shitsuke berpengaruh signifikan terhadap p r o d u k t i v i t a s k e r j a k a r y a w a n P T N u s a I n d a hJaya utama.
