Abstract :
The use of social media in 2021 begins to develop every year because internet technology has been favored by all circles. Social media users can do business by taking advantage of the latest features of business applications, namely Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. The application has a business account feature for business people and organizations who want to be in the social media business. Promotion using Instagram has a business account feature to make it easier for business people to promote products and can be known by potential customers about product promotions displayed on business Instagram profiles. taking the subject from Instagram KFC Indonesia as a top brand for quite a long time in Indonesia, by developing products to display interesting information about KFC Indonesia so that customers continue to enjoy KFC Indonesia products on Instagram. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis about analyzing the promotion of KFC Indonesia using Instagram. The purpose of this study was to find out that Instagram is a promotional tool for KFC Indonesia products. The results of this study show that KFC Indonesia's Instagram utilizes Instagram's business features in the form of Instagram ads, Stories, and links as promotional tools used by KFC Indonesia. Promotion using Instagram which is affordable and can share other information about the promotion of KFC Indonesia products.
