Abstract :
The Baligho method is a method formulation inlearningreadAl Qur'an.Serious thingwhichoften neglected in the teaching and learning processAl-Qur'anis the pronunciation of the hijaiyyah letters that are lacking ornoin accordance with themakhrajandnatureletter(goodtheorynorpractice) as formulated by scholarsrecitation. Method this use data the Al Marjan Integrated Islamic Junior High School Bekasi to improve the quality of students' reading skills in the Qur'an, in order to avoid mistakes in reading the verses of the Qur'an, starting from makhraj, the nature of the letters and the law of reading to achieve optimal tartil. Discussion the sisthis will focuson how to improve the quality of the ability to read the Qur'an and its implementation. The author uses a type of qualitative descriptive research by making observations and conducting interviews with informants and is equipped with documentation, then writer analyze and reduce data which ha sobtained. The Baligho method is applied at SMPIT Al Marjan every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and J people . The characteristics of the Baligho method are centered on the teacher and students imitating ( talaqi musyafahah ). In its implementation, this learning focuses on mastering the science of recitation both in theory and practice. The teaching materials used were the Baligho book volumes 1-5, the ghorib musykilat book, the Qur'an recitation manual, and the five steps book to achieve optimal tartil. There are several supporting factors such as facilities and infrastructure as well as certified Baligho teacher resources. Some of the obstacles in its application, it is noted that the main factor is the different level of ability of each child in mastering the material . The final conclusion is that the students of SMPIT Al Marjan in the Baligho learning method in the last 3 years have achieved more than 50% of the number of students, so more hard work is needed to achieve the maximum target.
