The Influence of Commitment and Work Goals on Turnover Intention at
Employees of PT Global Aneka Bekasi.

The purpose of this study is to find out how commitment is
organization and job satisfaction affect the turnover intention of employees of PT Global
Various Bekasi. The population in this study are employees of PT Global Aneka Bekasi
back 32 people. Because the number of participants is less than 100, then the entire class
work as a research sample. Using the Product Statistics application and
Service Solution 25 for multiple regression calculations and data analysis using
statistical test (SPSS 25).
Statistical test results show that organizational commitment and satisfaction
work has a significant effect on employee turnover intention of PT Global Aneka
Bekasi, this is evidenced by the value of t count 1 (5,211) with a significant level
0.000 < = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, and the t value is 2 (3.526) with
significant level 0.001 < = 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Equality
multiple regression was obtained with positive regression coefficients 1 and 2. for coefficients
determination (KD) = 85.6% means organizational commitment and job satisfaction towards
turnover intention jointly has an effect of 85.6%
while the remaining 14.4% is influenced by other factors.
